Ms. Paleari handles e-mail and other correspondence of our law firm and the correspondence in the insolvency application proceedings. She has several years of professional experience in the commercial sector and joined our team as a career changer in the legal field. Ms. Paleari is an Italian citizen and speaks fluent Italian and English in addition to German.

Maximilian Puschmann

Legal research assistant

Mr. Puschmann is a legal research assistant in our law firm. He supports us as lawyers in the research of complex legal issues. In addition, he prepares restructuring reports, insolvency applications and draft pleadings. After completing a commercial apprenticeship, Mr. Puschmann completed a bachelor's degree in business law at the Leuphana University in Lüneburg. He is currently studying law at the University of Hamburg.

Karolin Rasch

Legal research assistant

Ms. Rasch is a legal research assistant in our law firm. She supports us in research as well as in the preparation of pleadings and lawsuits in the field of public commercial law. She prepares everything from trade prohibitions to lawsuits concerning university places or public procurement law. Ms. Rasch is studying law at the University of Hamburg and is currently preparing for her exams.
