Mr. Finkbeiner’s experience is based on several years of work in the Hamburg office of a major German law firm, as in-house counsel of a company in the energy sector, and in the medium-sized law firm SBL in Lüneburg, which specializes in insolvency administration and restructuring consulting. In addition, Mr. Finkbeiner has always been self-employed with his own law firm since the beginning of his career.
For the first twelve years of his career, Mr. Druckenbrodt worked in the Frankfurt office of the major American law firm Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and focused on litigation from the outset. Due to his special expertise in insolvency law, he subsequently moved to Hamburg and headed the litigation department at Reimer Rechtsanwälte before joining the office.
What we have in common is our roots in Northern Germany, which even the exile of Mr. Druckenbrodt in Hesse could not change. Born in Lüneburg and raised in the surrounding area, we spent large parts of our studies in Kiel and the subsequent legal clerkship in Schleswig-Holstein.
